Make A Wish Foundation
Nature Playgrounds were contacted by a Wood and Grieve Engineers to see if we may be able to assist with making a little boys dream come true. His wish was to have a tree house like in his favourite book “ the 13 storey treehouse “ We jumped at the chance to help make this happen as this is right up our alley and really, how could you say no to making a boy in needs dream come true. We went about contacting our amazing suppliers and contractors to help bring this to life as this would not be a simple or cheap exercise. Northam Swimming Club
Northam is a small wheatbelt town approximately 1.5 hours east of Perth. The swimming club had approached Nature Playgrounds to see if we were able to help out with sponsoring the club. The club travels to a lot or regional swimming meets and our sponsorship helped to put all of the swimmers in a club shirt for these events
Joondalup Lakers Junior Basketball Club
The Joondalup Lakers were the first of our lucky recipients to win one of our sponsorship deals. The club plans to put our sponsorship towards the end of year function for the club aswell as funds towards next season.
Michael Burgess – Destination Dakar
Michael is a desert racing motorcycle friend of our company director. Micheal and his wife have been busy putting together plans to tackle the mighty Dakar Rally in Peru. This is a lifetime dream for Mike to race this event and will take an enormous effort and an enormous budget to make this happen. Destination Dakar was a fun filled weekend that the Burgess family put together with a large auction to generate funds. Nature Playgrounds were only too happy to contribute a few sets of our yard games to put up for auction. Best of luck mike and we hope you can get through this gruelling event
Nature Playgrounds have been a major sponsor of this local Perth hills football club for 6 years now. Our sponsorship has helped with game day prize money for the players, training and game day Guernseys and general financial aid for the club. We will continue to be a proud sponsor of this club in years to come.
Steel United Soccer Club
Steel united Soccer club was the second of our winners for the sponsorship help. This soccer club is based in Whyalla, South Australia. With a struggling industry the local sporting clubs were finding it hard to provide for their players. Our package assisted with providing the players with socks and shorts for the season. Its packages like this that we are really glad to be able to help with as regional sporting clubs are finding it harder and harder to operate each season. Sports are such an important part of life for children so we feel its important to help where we can. Swan Suburbs Junior Rugby Club
Swan Suburbs Junior Rugby club was the third of our winners for the sponsorship help. We are yet to provide the actual package as this has been pushed out to the 2019 season. This particular club has a lot of disadvantaged families who struggle to be able to pay the fees for the season. Our funds will help contribute a partial discount to those families and hopefully make it manageable for the children to play rugby at their favourite club. We cant wait to see what next year brings for the club and be involved in making a season fee payment possible for these select families.
Wooroloo Horse & Pony Club
Nature Playgrounds have assisted the local Perth hills based pony club not by contributing money but by having certain products manufactured for pony club event days. This is only a very small pony club that does not have the backing of a large member base to cover costs for such items. We are glad to announce that we will also be sponsoring the club for the 2019 season.
